Called Reed Mechanical Services 7 am this morning with a hot water heater issue - took a cold shower. They had Nate at my house by 8:30 am to come and replace the pilot assembly and gas valve. Got the job done and I have hot water again. I called the original people that installed my hot water heater at 5:30 am this morning and it is now 3:30 pm. and they haven't called me back as of this post. Reed Mechanical is now my go to for my hot water needs! Thank you!
